The community human resources connection system will provide services for participating members after completing the procedures and mandatory conditions stated by the E-commerce Exchange https://devwork.vn.
In case there is a basis to prove that members provide inaccurate, false, incomplete information to Devwork or violate the law or Vietnamese fine customs, Devwork has the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the member's right to use the service.
Devwork will consider terminating the right to use the service and membership of members if members do not participate in transaction and information exchange activities on Devwork continuously for three (03) months.
Devwork holds the copyright to use the service and contents on Devwork according to the legal regulations on intellectual property protection in Vietnam. All acts of illegal copying, using, and disseminating the above ownership rights are strictly prohibited.
Devwork is responsible for building and implementing inspection and supervision mechanisms to ensure the provision of information by employers on the e-commerce exchange is carried out fully and accurately in accordance with Clause 4, Article 36 of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP.
Devwork is responsible for receiving feedback from members if a dispute occurs between job seekers and Employers.
Devwork prevents and removes information on goods/services belonging to the list of goods and services banned from business according to the provisions of the law.
Devwork will assist state management agencies in investigating illegal business acts, providing registration information, transaction history, and other documents about subjects committing illegal acts on the e-commerce exchange.
1.1. Member is an employer
When registering to become a Member of the website https://devwork.vn and approved by Devwork, the Member will be granted a separate registered name and password to log into the account and use the features and services of the website.
1.2. Member is a Broker
When registering to become a Member of the website https://devwork.vn and approved by the website, the Member will be granted a separate registered name and password to log into the account and create, post profiles of candidates matching the requirements from Employers.
2.1. Member is an employer
Members will be solely responsible for the security, storage, and all service use activities under their registered name, password, and email box. Members have the responsibility to promptly notify the website https://devwork.vn of unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security.
Members commit that the information provided to the website https://devwork.vn and the information posted on the website are accurate and complete.
Members commit not to alter, edit, copy, propagate, distribute, provide, and create similar tools of the services provided by the website https://devwork.vn to a third party without the consent of Devwork.
2.2. Member is a Broker
Members will be solely responsible for the security, storage, and all service use activities under their registered name, password, and email box.
Members commit that the candidate information provided to Employers on the website https://devwork.vn and the information posted on the website are accurate and complete.
Any disputes arising between the Devwork.vn website and Members will be resolved on the basis of negotiation. In case an agreement cannot be reached as desired, either party has the right to bring the case to a competent Court for resolution.
Devwork has the right to adjust, change this Regulation to suit practical operations and is responsible for notifying members on the website https://devwork.vn. The amended regulation is effective from the date of the amendment notice and will give a 5-day advance notice according to Clause 3, Article 38 of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP.
